- PSA birth certificate.
- PSA marriage contract for a married female applicant.
- Transcript of Records with a scanned picture and the remark “For Board Examination Purposes” for a first-time applicant.
- Two certificates of good moral character from a barangay, school, church, or employer.
- PRC lists P900 for a complete examination and P450 for a conditioned or removal examination.
Education and agriculture subjects
PRC lists a BS Agriculture or related baccalaureate program from a government-accredited or recognized school. The stated minimum is nine basic agriculture subjects: two crop science, two crop protection, two animal science, one soil science, one agricultural economics and marketing, and one agricultural extension and communication subject.
Refresher and foreign-study conditions
- After three failures, PRC lists a six-month refresher course.
- A Filipino citizen who graduated from a foreign educational institution must have passed the listed agriculture subjects or equivalents certified by CHED.
- The current checklist is the starting point; ask PRC or the Board of Agriculture about a special or individual case before filing.
